Managing Director

Scott is the Managing Director of Drivers & Norris, one of London’s longest-established estate agencies, founded in 1852. With a career defined by leadership, integrity and performance, Scott continues to drive the company forward while preserving its heritage and reputation for excellence across the London property market.

With extensive experience in residential sales, lettings and portfolio management, Scott combines strategic vision with hands-on market expertise. His leadership is focused on delivering measurable results, building high-performing teams and ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of service.

Scott was named National Charity Fundraiser Winner at the Agents Giving Awards, receiving the Outstanding Contribution Award in recognition of his commitment to charitable fundraising within the property industry.

Under his leadership, Drivers & Norris has been recognised as Agent of the Year by The Guild of Property Professionals, Relocation Agent Network and the Negotiator Awards. Kirill Toursin

Operations Manager

Kirill is an experienced property professional with a legal background and over 20 years’ experience in the London property industry. As Operations Manager at Drivers & Norris, he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational efficiency and client satisfaction across both residential and commercial departments.

He has worked across all aspects of estate agency and property management, with hands-on experience in residential and commercial sales and lettings, block management and property maintenance. This broad foundation has given him a comprehensive understanding of the full property lifecycle and the operational structure required to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Committed to continuous professional development, Kirill has completed residential and commercial valuation training with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Having spent his entire career in London, he brings strong market knowledge, practical insight and a client-focused approach to his leadership role.

John Young

Head of Lettings

John has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, working across both residential lettings and sales throughout London and Essex. He has been part of the Drivers & Norris team for eight years and brings energy, consistency and a wealth of market knowledge to his role.

John thrives on the variety the property sector offers, embracing the fresh challenges each day presents while delivering a professional and reliable service to his clients.

Outside of work, John is a devoted family man and proud father of one. A keen sportsman, he manages and plays for a veterans’ team that won the County Cup last year and enjoys playing golf whenever time allows.

Simon Etson

Sales Director

Simon has worked in residential estate agency for over 14 years, specialising in property sales across Islington and North, North-West and Central London. During this time, he has successfully handled the sale of freehold, leasehold and share-of-freehold properties of all sizes.

Known for his clear communication and client-focused approach, Simon ensures that every transaction is well-managed, transparent and tailored to individual needs. His background in new-build development and studies in building surveying give him a practical understanding of property construction and maintenance.

Simon is passionate about delivering a service-led estate agency experience. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée and young daughter, often exploring Hampstead Heath, Clissold Park and London Zoo.

Jason Latty

Jason has lived in Enfield Town for over 25 years and remains closely connected to the local community, giving him strong knowledge of the area and the surrounding property market.

Known for his excellent people skills and approachable manner, Jason builds lasting relationships with clients and is committed to delivering a professional and supportive experience throughout the sales process. He is also able to communicate in Spanish and is currently learning French, further enhancing his ability to work with a diverse range of clients.

Outside of work, Jason is a keen sports enthusiast and lifelong Tottenham supporter. He enjoys watching tennis and Formula 1 and attends an F1 race each year whenever possible. He also has a passion for tropical fish and maintains a large aquarium at home, which his daughter enjoys helping to look after.

Angelo Matraxia

Property Management

Angelo began his career in property while studying for his building degree, working as a Junior Surveyor within the property management department of a firm of Chartered Surveyors.

With over 33 years’ experience in residential sales and lettings, Angelo has led new and flagship estate agency offices across North London and the City. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with Drivers & Norris and now oversees an extensive property management portfolio for the company.

His long-standing experience across sales, lettings and property management brings valuable depth and stability to the team.

Denise Maloney

Property Management

Denise began her career in immigration law, attending Home Office interviews as an Outreach Paralegal while studying for a Legal Executive qualification. She later spent 20 years working for one of the UK’s largest recognised retailers, where she received extensive consumer training and was consistently recognised for her high standard of customer service.

She subsequently retrained in property management, transitioning into estate agency within the City before joining Drivers & Norris. Denise brings strong organisational skills, professionalism and a client-focused mindset to her role within the property management team.

Property Management

Lillie works within the Administration team, supporting the Block Management department and wider office operations.

Her responsibilities include coordinating maintenance matters, managing property documentation and responding to client and resident enquiries to ensure properties are managed efficiently. With a strong focus on organisation and communication, Lillie plays an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

John Roe

Senior Surveyor

John has worked continuously in the property industry for over 56 years, practising throughout London, primarily north of the river. During this time, he has acted as a general practice surveyor across eight surveying practices, building extensive experience across a broad range of property disciplines.

In the earlier stages of his career, John gained experience in compulsory purchase acquisitions, residential estate agency, landlord and tenant negotiations including lease renewals and rent reviews, property investment and development acquisitions, and large-scale developments within Enterprise Zones. His expertise also includes office acquisitions and space analysis, including advisory work for government bodies, city office management, valuations for bank lending, dilapidations schedules and tax valuations.

In later years, John has become widely recognised as a property expert, frequently acting as an expert witness in both commercial and residential court proceedings. He has also acted as a single joint expert and prepared third-party applications to arbitrators and independent experts in commercial disputes, as well as advising on local authority residential development schemes.

John was a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents for 30 years and an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building during that time. He was recently elected as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He also served as Vice President of the Islington Chamber of Commerce from 2009 to 2014.

James Davenport

Commercial Negotiator

James has nine years of commercial property experience, with strong expertise in preparing detailed market reports, leading negotiations and advising clients on lease terms.

Throughout his career, he has developed a thorough understanding of market trends and property values, enabling him to provide strategic insight and well-informed recommendations. James is confident in negotiating favourable terms and guiding clients through complex leasing processes to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Martin Cooper

Commercial Negotiator

Martin studied Law at the University of Exeter and brings over 15 years’ experience in the London property industry.

He has worked across prime central London locations including Mayfair, Fitzrovia and Belsize Park, before becoming Branch Manager of an independent residential estate agency covering Bloomsbury and Clerkenwell.

Martin also spent four years as Director of his own property development company, specialising in low-carbon design and build projects with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainable materials. He joined Drivers & Norris in July 2024.

Sofia Prentou

Marketing Manager

Sofia-Maria has experience managing social media accounts and supporting the implementation of digital marketing strategies within the property sector. She produces original content for websites, newsletters, blog posts and social media platforms, ensuring messaging is engaging, consistent and aligned with brand objectives. She also liaises with external press agencies and media contacts to support wider marketing initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Politics, which have strengthened her analytical, research and communication skills.

Her creativity, organisation and attention to detail contribute to enhancing the company’s digital presence across the London property market.

Marketing & Administration Assistant

Originally from Hong Kong, Sabrina studied Media and Communication before beginning her career as a Social Media Editor for one of Hong Kong’s leading online lifestyle magazines. She later relocated to the UK to complete a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing.

She has since gained two years’ experience in residential property management, working with international companies specialising in London’s New Homes market, with offices across London and Asia. This gave her valuable insight into overseas investment markets and cross-border client relationships.

Sabrina’s combined experience in media, property operations and digital marketing enables her to support the wider business while contributing to strategic marketing initiatives across the London property market.

Enawgaw Saverio

Head of Block Management Accounts

Enawgaw is an accomplished accounting professional with over 20 years’ experience across the property management and international aviation sectors. He has served as Head of Block Accounts at Drivers & Norris since 2013, overseeing financial operations and providing strategic management of block account portfolios.

Prior to joining the firm, Enawgaw gained extensive experience in property service charge and client accounting, further strengthening his expertise in managing complex financial structures. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Accountant within the aviation industry, developing strong technical and regulatory knowledge.

Enawgaw holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting, is AAT qualified and ACCA part-qualified, reflecting his commitment to professional standards and continuous development within the accounting profession.
