The origins of Drivers & Norris date back to 1852, when Mr Driver established his practice as an agricultural agent working on the Tufnell Estates in North London. Trading initially as Driver & Co, the business operated from the Northern Estates Office on the corner of Seven Sisters Road, Islington, where it remained until 1870.
From 1871, the firm became known as Driver & Perfect, continuing its work from premises at numbers 2 and 8 Seven Sisters Road. During this period, the business built a strong reputation for professional estate management and property expertise within the local community.
In the late nineteenth century, Mr Norris was independently established in the Holloway area as a respected landlord’s agent. Following the First World War, the two practices merged, forming what is now known as Drivers & Norris.
Since that time, Drivers & Norris has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of the property market. We have practised as auctioneers, estate agents, commercial agents, block managers, surveyors, and valuers, serving generations of clients while remaining firmly rooted in our North London heritage.
