This year The ESTAS celebrated their 21st birthday with Phil Spencer, who has hosted every year since their inception in 2004, announcing the winners in front of an audience of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
Spencer addressed the audience: “What we’ve created goes way beyond the awards. The ESTAS is now a community of likeminded property professionals all focused on one objective – to deliver the best possible service they can time and again for their clients. You’ve all been incredibly brave with your businesses, by joining our community you’ve declared your intentions to provide the highest standards of service and you’re prepared to prove it.”
